Biography
Nikki Beinstein is a mother of two teenagers and has taught children, teens and adults in various subjects, including English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies and Sustainable Business. Winner of a Colorado Book Award, she studied Psychology at Cornell University and Business Administration at the Yale School of Management. Nikki has also worked in the fields of healthcare, technology, banking, nonprofit management and finance. Although she was born and raised in New York City, she has made the Roaring Fork and Crystal River Valleys in the middle of the Colorado Rocky Mountains her home since 2013.
