Biography
Ken Wylie IFMGA BPE Ken has lived and worked his entire career in HPC or (High Potential Consequence) Situations and environments. Certified internationally as a mountain guide with the International Federation of Mountain Guide Associations (IFMGA) (R), Ken is a leading human hazard management innovator and author of the idea of Right Brained Safety. Through his business, Archetypal his calling is to help people understand how they are showing up to critical decision-making processes. To recognize decisions that originate from shadow and to elevate actions and outcomes to a higher place. Ken has held faculty positions at Thompson Rivers University and Mount Royal University in their respective outdoor programs. But most importantly Ken is the author of Buried 2020 which metabolizes and makes meaning of these adventures as he chronicles his journey through terrible tragedy to heal through the power of authenticity and wholeness.
