Before you walk out the door, be sure you go to our Meeting Schedule to check for cancelled meetings due to weather. It is that time of year.
Get into the habit of checking out our Meeting schedule to find out what's coming. No one comes to every meeting. And we certainly don't expect you to find each night's schedule useful to your writing needs. So feel comfortable coming to the ones that appeal to you. And feel free to suggest some other topics, speakers or techniques you'd like to see offered.

Looking for authors: The Glacier Pilot Club of the Flathead Valley, a non-profit service organization serving victims of traumatic brain injury and brain related compromises, is seeking authors and other local artisans to participate in an Authors/Artisans fund raising event. This fund raising event will be in the evening on Saturday, October 4. Proceeds will be used to provide support, education, and brain injury prevention programs to individuals, groups, and local schools. Interested persons can contact Lori Penzi at: penzi@montanasky.net

Who We Are |

The Authors of the Flathead is a group of writers from all around the Flathead Valley in northwest Montana. We are of all stripes from novelists to non-fiction writers, screen to short story writers and poets to journalists.
Our primary goal is to help one another become better writers. We've been doing this for nearly fifteen years and have plenty of success stories to share.
Membership is open to anyone who is interested, any age and regardless of your writing experience. Come to one of our weekly meetings and see if we can't help you too.
